About your coach
Hi, I'm Ella, a life coach, vet, mum and wife.
I'm passionate about helping women find calm, clarity and confidence to make positive changes, in the midst of busy, modern life.
We're the generation that can have it all. But how do we do it all without burning out? And how do we still find joy and calm amid the chaos? Well I’ve learnt that we can’t have it all, all the time, and that’s ok. We have to embrace the season we’re in, and really learn what’s important to us right now.
Over the years I've been lucky to work with so many wonderful people and animals, and experienced how much emotional health impacts our behaviour and lives. I worked for years as a GP vet and diversified into a vet-tech role. I’ve been fortunate to have support from both my family and workplace, and to draw on my transferable skills as a vet to create a work–life blend that suits me and my family.
When I became a mum, my priorities shifted. The old formula of work hard, see results and be productive didn’t fit with kids. I wanted to find a way to feel less exhausted, more joy, and more present. I'd always loved yoga and meditation, but exploring coaching, mindfulness and nervous system regulation, truly transformed my life. I noticed how my children viewed the world, and mirrored my emotions and behaviour. It made me evaluate what I want to model to them. By reconnecting with my values and shifting my mindset, I found more joy, more calm and more presence.
Now I help other women do the same. To feel more aligned, grounded and regulated. So they can experience more joy, show up how they want to show up, and get the best out of their lives.

‘I was experiencing a lot of mum guilt, especially around working and my little one being in nursery. Talking things through and using the mindset tools has been really helpful. Even small changes have already made me feel better and less overwhelmed.’
